Photo: SUPPLIED<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>An abundance of local produce will be on offer, with Cromwell Farm and Devine Quality Meats serving bespoke sausages, The Bay Smokehouse selling smoked fish rillettes and Australian Bay Lobsters offering bug rolls and pints of prawns.<\/p>\n<p>Event coordinator Bex Barriball said the Bazaar was all about pulling together the venue&#8217;s favourite local producers who they champion on the menu year-round.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2024\/12\/LobsterrollsatNorthB_84983.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lobster rolls served at North Byron Hotel.
