Photo: KURT PETERSEN<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Festival director Peter Noble said it was one of the largest crowds in the event&#8217;s history.<\/p>\n<p>The record remains the 2011 edition, headlined by Bob Dylan, which drew 115,000 attendees over six days.<\/p>\n<p>Buoyed by the overwhelming support, Noble announced that Bluesfest will return in 2026, with four-day early bird tickets already on sale.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2025\/04\/TheBeardsfansintheau_35252.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"428\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Beards fans in the audience at Bluesfest. Photo: LYN McCARTHY<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The 2025 edition delivered countless unforgettable moments.<\/p>\n<p>Crowded House had fans singing along to classics like Don&#8217;t Dream It&#8217;s Over and Something So Strong, while Toto brought the house down with Africa and Tones and I energised the crowd with her global hit Dance Monkey.<\/p>\n<p>A standout moment came when country music star Kasey Chambers made a surprise appearance on stage with Vance Joy.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2025\/04\/AcamperatBluesfest.P_37714.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">A camper at Bluesfest.
