Guests will enjoy the space and privacy of an apartment but with the service and atmosphere of a high-end hotel.&#8221;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2025\/05\/Anartistimpressionof_37671.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Lobby Bar will be a key drawcard at The Bonobo by Raes. The basement level is now complete, and with levels one and two poured, the structure is beginning to rise above street level.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You can really start to see the shape of it coming together,&#8221; he said. &#8220;Over the next few months, work will kick off on the rooftop pool and deck and then move into fitting out the interiors and guest rooms.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sales have been strong, with more than 75 per cent of the hotel-apartments already sold.<\/p>\n<p>Designed by acclaimed architecture firm Richards &amp; Spence \u2014 also behind Brisbane&#8217;s iconic The Calile Hotel \u2014 the project is a joint venture between developers Podia and Centennial Property Group.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2025\/05\/Anartistimpressionof_43837.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"389\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">An artist rendering of a courtyard at The Bonobo by Raes. Mr Catalano said the development was fitting for Byron Bay.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s not just another hotel; it offers the independence of having your own apartment with the added bonus of hotel amenities and service,&#8221; he said. &#8220;It&#8217;s also built around lifestyle.
