Prices start at $5000 per night.<\/p>\n<p>Entrepreneur Chris Bissiotis and emergency doctor George Bilios, who met when their children attended the same school in Sydney, enlisted Shaun Lockyer Architects to bring their dream to fruition.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2025\/09\/ESTEatWategos.PhotoS_46920.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">ESTE at Wategos. Photo: COURTNEY KING<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The design draws on the blue-green space theory, which recognises that water and greenery can improve mental health and wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>Features include two Nordic flowing ice showers as well as two outdoor showers, two elevators, four dishwashers (including one on the rooftop) and an EV charger.<\/p>\n<p>Guests will have access to a dedicated driver and a concierge who can arrange such things as gourmet meals prepared by a private chef, yoga and Pilates classes, surf lessons and massages.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2025\/09\/Artworkadornsthewall_51559.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"800\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Artwork adorns the walls at ESTE.
