So sad,&#8221; one social media user said.<\/p>\n<p>A witness said Threeways worker Mitchy ran over and started kicking in doors after fearing someone may still have been inside.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;That&#8217;s instinctive. Good bloke, Mitchy,&#8221; Kirk said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Makes good tacos, too,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?height=476&amp;href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Freel%2F1999984560628256%2F&amp;show_text=false&amp;width=267&amp;t=0\" width=\"267\" height=\"476\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Another eyewitness said he was shocked to see an influencer posing for photos in front of the burning building as firefighters battled the blaze.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe were just saying, \u2018Byron Bay isn\u2019t as influencer ravaged as we\u2019d heard\u2019. Seconds later we stumbled upon this fire.
