Resides: Currently in Mount Duneed but I have a property in Batesford township.

How long have you lived in your ward? I moved to Geelong from country Victoria in 1998. I have lived in different areas within Geelong, including Belmont, Ocean Grove, and Mount Duneed.

Community involvement: I have volunteered for many local organisations during the time that I have lived in Geelong.

Associated with a political party or movement?

I am not associated with and have never been associated with a political party or movement.

Preferencing: I would prefer to see councillors that are not aligned with any political parties.

Campaign budget? Receiving financial assistance? I have a very minimal budget and am not receiving any financial assistance.

Three most important issues in your ward?

Infrastructure development and responsible development, support for local businesses, and the preservation of the natural environment are three of the most important issues affecting all communities within the You Yangs ward. People live in Geelong and the surrounding areas because it’s not Melbourne and it would be sad to see it become overdeveloped. There needs to be more support for small businesses that support local families and employ local people.
