As part of Tastes of Greater Geelong, Hamo Hospitality presents The Heritage Table – a one-night-only dining experience that brings together the stories, spaces and flavours that define Geelong’s evolving hospitality landscape.

More than a dinner, The Heritage Table is a curated journey through five of Hamo Hospitality’s most distinctive venues, spanning the character-rich Federal Mills precinct, the historic Woolstores and the Newtown Bareena Post Office.

Each venue contributes its own identity to the evening, reimagined through a shared four-course banquet, showcasing chefs’ meticulously crafted dishes from each venue that reflect both place and season.

The menu has been designed as a progression through time and place, with each course drawing inspiration from the heritage, architecture and culinary philosophy of a different venue.

Seasonal produce sits at the centre of the experience, sourced from local growers, makers and producers who continue to shape the region’s food identity.

Every plate is designed to tell a story of land, of people and of the creative evolution of Geelong’s dining culture.

The experience is elevated further with a curated beverage program, featuring matched wines selected by Hamo Hospitality’s in-house sommelier.

Premium beverages will flow throughout the evening, designed to complement each course and enhance the shared dining format.

Guiding the evening is chef and sustainability advocate Simon Toohey, whose approach to food champions seasonality, ethics and connection to produce.

His presence brings a thoughtful lens to the night, connecting diners more deeply with the story behind each dish.

Alongside the dining experience, guests will explore a curated showcase of local artisans and producers, reinforcing the region’s strong creative and agricultural community.

As the evening unfolds, guests will be invited to continue the celebration with door prizes and an exclusive afterparty at MexiCams, complete with a welcome drink and relaxed late-night atmosphere designed for connection and celebration.

The night concludes at 1915, where dinner is hosted from 6pm–10pm, before flowing into the afterparty experience at MexiCams.

Early Bird tickets are available at $175 until 1 June, with general admission priced at $195.

The Heritage Table is not just a dinner, it is a collective expression of place, memory and the future of dining in Greater Geelong.
