FOOD Factory Sales Geelong is celebrating its first anniversary of offering a huge range of food and household products to shoppers at factory direct discount prices

Located at 107 High Street, the store is the third of SPC’s food outlet stores, following the SPC Factory Sales in Shepparton and the Food Factory Sales outlet in Bayswater

The outlet’s extensive product range includes canned fruit and vegetables, rice and noodles, ready-made meals, condiments, snacks, bread mixes, biscuits and crackers, drinks, tea and coffee, smallgoods, cheese, frozen seafood, pies, pasties and sausage rolls.

It has even diversified into cleaning, health and beauty products, with prices slashed on laundry detergents, dishwashing tablets, deodorants, cling wrap, baking paper, aluminum foil, toothbrushes and paste and garbage bags.

About half of the items at Food Factory Sales is considered clearance stock, which means though it may not be in the aisles of major supermarkets, it makes your shopping experience much more exciting as you never know what you might find.

The team at Food Factory Sales are friendly, welcoming and always ready to lend a hand.

Proprietor Sam Prentice said customer service was a key focus in the team’s business philosophy.

“We are big on offering multi deals and box pricing to reduce prices even further.”

Food Factory Sales offers quality, name brand products at a fraction of the normal retail price.

The business understands that groceries are a big part of people’s weekly spending, and the store helps members of the community to cut costs while retaining quality.

“With rising fuel prices and the general cost of living going up each week, it’s no secret our daily groceries prices are also adding considerable pressure to consumers,” Mr Prentice said.

“However, many people are becoming creative in how they go about their weekly grocery shop, so our new discount grocery store is an affordable option.”

Food Factory Sales Geelong is open seven days a week – Monday to Friday 9am- til 5.30pm. Saturday 9am til 5pm and Sunday 10am til 4pm.
