Enjoy summer at Novotel’s pop-up bar

The team at Novotel Geelong are excited to welcome locals and Geelong visitors to their new Summer Pop-Up, located on level two overlooking the beautiful Geelong waterfront.

With new summer décor styled by Geelong Outdoor Furniture, the team have partnered with Grey Goose vokda, local wineries, distilleries and breweries including Bells Beach Brewery. Local produce is also featured throughout the tapas-style menu.

 

The new bar is a perfect place to catch up for a drink or a bite to eat. You can sit back, relax and enjoy the waterfront views overlooking Steampacket Gardens and the bay.

John Dickson, general manager of Novotel Geelong explains: “I think with our beautiful location right on the waterfront of Geelong, along with our partnership with premium brand Grey Goose vodka, our new bar is set to become the place to be.”

 

The Summer Pop-Up is open Fridays from 4pm-late, and on Saturdays and Sundays from noon-late.

The Waterfront Restaurant & Bar also has recently refreshed its alfresco area and launched a new summer menu on January 11.

You certainly won’t go hungry with all day dining, including their famous buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. The new summer menu features local seafood, meats and cheeses.

 

You’ll find an array of summer favourites including char-grilled octopus, seafood linguine and an orange almond financier dessert fittingly named “summer vibes”, just to name a few.

There is also a daily happy hour with discounted drinks from 5-6pm.
