A FINE selection of Australian’s top comedians will be teaming up to inspire some laughter for a great cause next month.
Laughs for Lifeline will sweep through the Geelong Arts Centre on December 11 and raise vital funds to support the work of Lifeline both locally and across the nation.
Lifeline answers thousands of calls each year to support people struggling with their mental health.
The event will aim to bring smiles, optimism and a room full of laughter with a common goal in mind.
There will be a cavalcade of comedians including Danny McGinlay (Fisk, The Front Bar), Zack Dyer (national RAW Comedy Winner), Sarah Maree Cameron, and guests Tor Snyder (Canada) and Tony Martin (The Late Show, Sizzletown, Have You Been Paying Attention?, Bad Eggs).

Producer Luke Morris said laughter is also great for mental health.
“There’s a lot of stress in the world, and as much as we need a break it’s also good to talk to someone with experience about the problems being faced.
“Lifeline makes a big impact in our community by being someone to talk to for people locally and those living in remote areas.
“This will be a night of great laughs and great vibes, with all profits going to Lifeline.”
