A concert celebrating some of Australia’s most recognisable music will come to Geelong in July, with the Great Australian Songbook tour confirmed for Costa Hall.

The touring production brings together four rotating lead singers – Christine Anu, Kav Temperley, Shannon Noll and Isabella Manfredi – backed by a live band under musical director Ben Fletcher.

The show promises fresh interpretations of well-known Australian songs in what organisers describe as a tribute to music that has helped define the country’s identity.

Audiences will be transported back in time for an evening of nostalgia and energy, reliving Australia’s greatest music moments.

The Great Australian Songbook Live show will focus on well-known Australian songs from across multiple eras, revisiting tracks that have remained popular over decades and continue to be widely recognised by audiences.

Each performer brings a different background to the stage.
