State-of-the-art community space set to open in early 2024

Ingenia Lifestyle Lakeside Lara is a growing over-55s community in the greater Geelong region, already home to almost 400 residents who enjoy regularly socialising at their on-site clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts and outdoor barbecue area.

Once complete, the Community Hub will feature a plethora of additional gathering and activity spaces, including a heated indoor pool and yoga studio, hair salon and art studio, a large function room and theatre, and even a golf simulator.

Construction of this exciting addition is presently under way, with the main building structure now up, including structural steel frame, in-ground services, concrete slabs and swimming pool. As the roof goes on and the facade is completed in the next build phase, residents will get a taste of the final product, before it opens in early 2024.
