AUSTRALIAN comedian, performer and advocate Em Rusciano will be the guest of honour at this year’s Give Geelong Breakfast.

The popular personality will join the Give Where You Live Foundation (GWYLF) on March 21 at the Presidents’ Room at GMHBA Stadium to raise funds for the non-profit.

All proceeds from the event will focus on assisting in the areas of homelessness, food security and inclusive employment.

Ms Rusciano has previously co-hosted breakfast radio, sold out the Sydney Opera House with her live comedy shows, released chart-topping songs and books.

She hosts the popular podcast ‘Emsolation’ and more recently has become an advocate for neurodivergent individuals after an impressive presentation to the National Press Club.

GWYLF chief executive officer Bill Mithen said the Foundation was eagerly looking forward to hosting Ms Rusciano and fellow guests.

The Give Geelong Breakfast is a chance for the people of Geelong to come together and help raise funds for our community.

“We’re working hard to create a fairer, more equitable Geelong, where all people and places thrive, and we can only do that with the support of our community.

“It will support people in our community facing long-term unemployment, help to improve the lives of people facing homelessness and support families struggling to put food on the table.

“Your support of the breakfast during the Give Geelong Appeal will have an immediate and local impact.”

Tickets are $85 per person or $800 for a table of 10.
