MORE than 150 tradies and suppliers donated their skills, time and materials to build this year’s Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal auction home in Lara, and were thanked with a special breakfast on Tuesday this week.

The Big Breakfast saw many of those who contributed to the construction of the Henley Homes Electra 35 house on Villawood Properties’ Coridale estate gather at the site to celebrate their efforts.

A large proportion of the tradies and suppliers have close connections with the Royal Children’s Hospital.

The house is at 83 Coridale Boulevard in Villarwood Properties’ Coridale estate.

The event also included representatives of the Good Friday Appeal, Henley, Villawood Properties, young former patients from the hospital, Sustainability Victoria and others.

Every cent raised by the no-reserve auction of the house at 83 Coridale Boulevard on Good Friday will go to helping the sick children at the Royal Children’s Hospital.

Built by Henley, the Electra 35 features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and multiple living areas.

The two-storey house at 83 Coridale Boulevard fully furnished and features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, multiple living areas including a designated study, and a grand alfresco with a pizza oven.

Villawood has been involved in this program since 2009, donating land from one of its estates each year – including in Armstrong Creek for the 2017 auction – and helping raise more than $9.4 million for The Royal Children’s Hospital along with fellow long-term partners Henley.
