Five new Geelong exposure sites

Five new Geelong exposure sites is expected to increase COVID-19 testing.

COVID-19 Tier 1 exposure sites in Geelong, Geelong West and Herne Hill have been added to the list this afternoon, with one new positive case of COVID-19 reported in Greater Geelong in the past 24 hours.

The Bendigo Bank, corner of Pakington and Aberdeen streets, became a Tier 1 site between 4.45pm and 5.20pm on September 23 when a positive case attended.

Herne Hill’s Bottlemart Express in Minerva Road was a Tier 1 exposure site on September 19 between 8pm and 8.40pm.

Taste Jamaica in Geelong West was a Tier 1 site on September 18, between 10pm and 11.59pm.

TH Nails and Spa in Geelong West has been listed as a Tier 1 site after a case attended on September 18 between 2pm and 4.30pm.

The Inn Hotel in Geelong has also been added to the Tier 1 exposure site list with a positive case visiting between 7.30pm and 10pm on September 18.

Anyone who attending a Tier 1 exposure site must get tested immediately and quarantine for 14 days from exposure regardless of the result.
