Geelong Arts Centre open new captivating culinary destination

THE Geelong Arts Centre (GAC) is adding to the region’s culinary scene, unveiling an exhilarating dining destination nestled within their arts precinct.

Tutti opened its doors to the public with a select menu on Saturday evening, and promises to captivate the senses and appetites of visitors just in time for the highly anticipated GAC Grand Opening Festival celebrations.

Tutti, meaning “with all voices or instruments performing together” in Italian, is poised to become a must dine cultural experience, serving food which embodies the fusion of flavour, creativity and community.

From the Meat Crew to Baranook Park to Zeally Bay Sourdough, the meticulously crafted menu will boast an impressive 80 per cent local ingredients from within an 80km radius.

Under the expert guidance of Michelin trained executive chef, Nathan Darlington, Tutti is on a mission to redefine local dining.

“We are thrilled to invite food lovers in with open arms to experience the irrepressible energy of Tutti,” Mr Darlington said.

“More than just a restaurant, Tutti is a unique symphony of local flavours, culture and creativity with an arts edge.”

The restaurant will use 80 per cent local ingredients from an 80km radius.

 

Geelong Arts Centre chief executive officer Joel McGuinness said the opening of Tutti marks a significant step in the venues journey of creating an all-encompassing cultural experience for visitors.

“We look forward to championing high quality produce and dining experiences that are grounded in accessibility, sustainability and culinary creativity.”

Tutti is open Monday to Wednesday 7am to 5pm, Thursday and Friday 7am to 10pm and Saturday 10am to 10pm.

Sunday’s opening will depend on performance scheduling.

Tutti is located at 50 Little Malop Street, Geelong.
