Top drops recognised at Geelong Wine Show

THE top drops from across the Geelong region have been recognised in the 2025 Geelong Wine Awards.
This year’s edition of the awards began with wines being sent to Gordon TAFE in early November, followed by judging taking place from November 13 and culminating in an awards dinner at the Flying Brick Cider House on Saturday.
Jack Rabbit Vineyard’s 2024 Chardonnay was judged the Best Wine in Show across all classes, and Oneday Estate won the trophy for most successful exhibitor (comprising the vineyard with the highest score from four of its wines in at least two classes).
Top wines in each category and their scores included:

Liz and Bernard Hooley of Oakdene Wines were also inducted into the Wine Geelong Hall of Fame.
