Grey Goose bar pops up at Novotel
NOVOTEL Geelong has shaken up its offering for the holiday season, launching a Pop-Up Summer Bar with support of famous French distillery Grey Goose.
Located on the first floor in the Limeburners Room, the full bar has a selection of cocktails made with Grey Goose vodka, and features sun lounges and seating on the outside balcony with excellent views of the Geelong Waterfront.
The hotel officially launched the Pop-Up Summer Bar with a function on Tuesday night, with a DJ pumping out tunes and guests including Tour de France winner Cadel Evans and Bay Classic Series founder John Trevorrow enjoying the hospitality.
Speaking to the crowd, Novotel Geelong general manager John Dickson said the Pop-Up Summer Bar would open today (Friday, December 23), and be open from Friday to Sunday for the rest of December, and “in January, probably every day”.
“I think with this location, Grey Goose as a principal partner bringing things together and our team, it’ll be great.
“On the weekend, it’s a place to come to in Geelong – a little bit sophisticated, a little bit upmarket, with some nice cocktails and some nice beers.
“So come visit, and I look forward to entertaining you all over summer.”
