Expo to celebrate staying healthy and active
BELLARINE Springs’ inaugural Healthy and Active Ageing Expo for Seniors is just around the corner.
Seniors are warmly invited to this free community event, showcasing experts and organisations that help seniors enjoy a healthy, active and connected life. The special event has assembled a fantastic range of experts who will share their vast knowledge and experience on how to maintain a healthy and active life – body, mind and soul.
The expo is honoured to have John Casey and Julie Dundon hold a FoodF1rst presentation. FoodF1rst helps older people eat smarter to live happier and healthier lives every day. Food F1rst presentations are the result of decades of fond memories and lessons learnt in kitchens around the world. John and Julie are excited to share their love for healthy food and help to make nutritious food a passion, not a chore.
