Here’s how Cats fans can get Finals tickets this week

Geelong fans are counting down to Friday week, with the Cats set to face Brisbane Lions in a blockbuster Qualifying Final at the MCG on 5 September.

The AFL has confirmed ticket details for Week One of the 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series, with seats for both Qualifying Finals going on sale Thursday, 28 August.

Tickets start at $35, with Geelong and Brisbane club members getting priority access from 10 am to 2 pm AEST. AFL members can purchase from 12 pm, ahead of general public sales at 3 pm.

The Friday night stage gives Geelong a shot at a strong start to its September campaign in front of a home‑state crowd.

Fans are being urged to only purchase through authorised sellers, or explore premium experience packages through the AFL Event Office at afl.com.au/eventoffice

The other Qualifying Final will see Adelaide Crows host Collingwood at Adelaide Oval on Thursday night, 4 September.

Elimination Final match‑ups will be confirmed after Gold Coast’s clash with Essendon on Wednesday night, with ticketing details to follow.

All Week One finals will be broadcast live on the Seven Network and Fox Footy, and streamed on Kayo.
