Outdoor Living and Caravan Expo returns for biggest year yet

THE Geelong Showgrounds will transform into a haven for camping and outdoor enthusiasts as the Geelong Outdoor Caravan and Living Expo returns.

From January 17 until January 19, the space will be filled with more than 120 exhibitors in what organisers are saying was the event’s biggest year yet.

Most of Australia’s leading manufacturers and dealers, along with some from Geelong, will be on site.

GTR Events, organiser of the Geelong Outdoor Caravan and Living Expo, commercial manager Chris Ball said 2025 was the event’s 11th year, and its size had grown again.

“It’s grown from last year, which was its 10th anniversary, we’ve added another couple of thousand square metres of exhibitors, so the whole area that is the Geelong Showgrounds is full.

“We have accessories, campers, outdoor living, 4×4 equipment and accessories, there’s everything for everybody outdoors and it’s very much family orientated.”

Along with the caravan and camping displays, the kids will also be well entertained with a range of activities, including a petting zoo.

The Geelong event is the first of the season and will feature new releases from manufacturers including Kokoda and My Dream RV.

Mr Ball hoped the expo would inspire people about what was possible in caravanning and camping.

“Everything you need or want will be there for you to start planning trips or start planning that big purchase of a van,” he said.

“People can really see the quality of the Australian market, we’re world leaders in our caravan and camping, so it’s absolutely a highlight to see what you can get.”
