QMF announce more stellar acts for 2022 festival lineup

THE Queenscliff Music Festival has announced some more stellar acts that will be taking stage on the 2022 event bill, as tickets continue to fly out the door.

Brooklyn New York artist Daddy Long Legs, Australian blues goddess Mia Dyson, Cat Empire musical maestro Felix Riebl and rapper and multi instrumentalist Joelistics are amongst a host of others who have been announced as additions to the lineup for the November fixture.

This guarantees plenty of dancing for the 10,000+ music lovers who annually make the pilgrimage to the Bellarine for the event.

The additions to the 2022 lineup are set to bring high energy to the festival, hip shaking Latin vibes from San Lazaro are set to feature, while funk and reggae lovers will get to enjoy the Andrew Gurruwiwi Band, who will bring their native tongue and funk jams to introduce the QMF audience to a unique and truly fresh Yolgnu Funk sound.

Indie folk singer Emily Lubitz is set to bring her timeless voice to the festival, while Sam Teskey will step away from his brother band project to perform his new solo project.

Comedian Andrew Hanson who is best known for his work with The Chaser, will join comedian blogger Jude Perl to bring the laughs to the people of the coast on one of the three main stages across the event.

The weekend-long celebration of live music, family-friendly activities, craft beers and spirits, fine wines, locally-sourced gourmet produce and more is set bring thousands of people to the Bellarine from November 25 to 27.

The festival’s beach setting and picturesque locations attract music lovers from all over the country who are looking to soak up the laid-back vibes and the eclectic mix of music on offer.

The QMF 2022 artists already announced include Baker Boy, The Bad Dad Orchestra, The Bamboos, Banjo Lucia, Ben Mastwyk & His Millions, Bones & Jones, Bud Rokesky, Bumpy, Cat & Clint, Emma Donovan & The Putbacks and Fanny Lumsden. Also, Felicity Urquhart & Josh Cunningham, Folk Bitch Trio, Isabella Manfredi, Jess Ribeiro, John Butler, Kee’ahn, Little Quirks, Mark Seymour & The Undertow, Middle Kids, Monique Clare, Rambal, Raul Midon, RVG, Seeker Lover Keeper, The Seven Ups, Steph Strings, The Stetson Family, The Teskey Brothers, Vika & Linda, William Crighton, Zoe Fox & The Rocket Clocks PLUS The Kids Stage offerings include Bluey & Bingo at the Bluey Live Interactive Experience, and Teeny Tiny Stevies amongst others.

Single day tickets start at $99, while full three-day ticket prices are at $275 for an adult and $135 for accompanied youth.

Children from ages 1-13 years can attend the festival for $20 (sold in conjunction with an adult ticket).
