A MAJOR fundraiser for The Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal has come to Geelong again, with the house to be auctioned located in Lara and open for inspections.

Built in Villawood Properties’ Coridale estate, the Electra 35 house was built by Henley Homes on a 512sqm block.

The house at 83 Coridale Boulevard is superbly finished featuring four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, multiple living areas including a designated study, and a grand alfresco with a pizza oven.

The secluded master suite serves as a private retreat, complete with an oversized dressing room, a spacious ensuite with freestanding bath.

The house comes fully furnished and landscaped, and includes a pizza oven (seen at left).

Completely furnished and fully landscaped, the 7-star Henley home is located opposite the multi-million-dollar Club Coridale – scheduled to open later this year – which contains resort-style facilities including pools, gym, sports court, and a function room.

The house will go under the hammer at a no-reserve auction on Good Friday, April 7.

All proceeds will be donated to The Royal Children’s Hospital to help unwell children and support their families.

Villawood has been involved in this program since 2009, donating land from one of its estates each year and helping raise more than $9.4 million for The Royal Children’s Hospital along with fellow long-term partners Henley.

Located in Villawood’s Coridale estate, the house is Henley Homes’ Electra 35 design.

The appeal’s charity home auction has become one of Victoria’s most popular auction events and one of the biggest contributors to the appeal each year.

The 2017 auction of a home in the Armstrong Mt Duneed estate in Armstrong Creek raised $627,500 alone towards that year’s total of more than $17 million.

Last year’s charity auction house in Sunbury sold for a record $1.082 million.Inspections began on February 25.

The house is open for inspections on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-noon and on Wednesdays from 6-7pm.
