Spring sun shines for Warralily Market

The Sparkle Face Events stall was a favourite.

HUNDREDS of people enjoyed a day out in the sun at the Warralily Spring Market over the weekend.

The event at Mirambeena Park featured more than 40 stalls, live music, food and drink vendors and activities for people of all ages.

Proceedings kicked off in a calm manner with a free Pilates and wellness class on the lawn led by Pilates and Movement in Mount Duneed.

The Farm 2 U activation was a favourite for many, particularly when one of the sheep came out and mingled with the crowd in attendance.

The market started off with a relaxing pilates session from Pilates and Movement in Mount Duneed.

 

The Torquay Lions Club train was also a big hit, as was the Sparkle Face Events stall which kept busy creating incredible designs throughout the day.

Market organiser Janina Lear said it was a pleasure to relaunch market season.

“We had a brilliant day at the Warralily Market – it was wonderful to see the sun shining to create a vibrant Spring vibe.’

“As always, the day had a friendly community feel with people of all ages coming to enjoy the stalls, food, and entertainment.
