Stage Two Road Closures Impacting Access to Geelong Memorial Park Commence

City of Greater Geelong is continuing the upgrade of Burvilles Road, with Stage Two road closures set to commence on Thursday 21 November 2024. These road closures will continue to impact access to Geelong Memorial Park.

During Stage Two of the closures, all cemetery traffic must access Geelong Memorial Park via Boundary Road, Ashbury Boulevard, and Burvilles Road, entering through the main entrance.

A map outlining the road closures and how to access Geelong Memorial Park is available on Geelong Cemeteries Trust’s website at gct.net.au.

During business hours, traffic management will be onsite to direct all visitors. Outside of business hours, clear signage will be in place to assist with navigation.

Geelong Cemeteries Trust asks its communities to continue to plan accordingly, and appreciates their patience during these upgrades.
