MORE than 80 people from the Greater Geelong business community turned out last Wednesday evening for the launch of Workspace365 Geelong, a new state-of-the-art serviced day office and coworking space.

Located on Moorabool Street in Geelong, the new business hub boosts premium private offices and team rooms, virtual office solutions, co-working spaces, dedicated meeting and training rooms as well as meditation spaces.

The new building has been designed by leading contemporary architects Cox Architecture and has expansive views of Corio Bay and beyond.

The space is also next to Westfield Geelong and one block away from the vibrant Little Malop Street, providing businesses with great connectivity to Geelong, Melbourne and the wider community through public transport links.

The new co-working space has plenty of conference spaces.

Workspace365 chief executive officer Michael Benson said it was fantastic to show locals around Geelong’s first major co-working office space.

“It’s such a beautiful location and it was a pleasure to showcase it to the thriving Geelong business community.

“Workspace365 is really focused on the western corridor between Geelong and Torquay and opening this new space is a great step in moving forward with improving that local reach.

“Flexible offices are the future and we see that really taking hold over the next couple of years.

“Large corporations and industry professionals are now wanting to work in Geelong rather than Melbourne… that’s essentially what we are here for.”

Mr Benson said that many organisations and professionals are already using the new space including local engineers, accountants, lawyers, financial planners and IT workers.

“We are really pleased to have a unique range of clients already using this absolutely beautiful space.

“The demand for A-grade office space in Geelong is already huge and it’s only growing.

“We feel privileged to be playing a part in making it all more accessible for the community and look forward to seeing how it grows in the future.”

The new co-working space is the first of its kind in Geelong.

The office space is centrally located in Moorabool Street in Geelong.
