A local eye on the Bellarine – and a chance to bring it home
THERE is something quietly special about seeing a familiar coastline captured by someone who truly knows it. Michael Wilkin has spent years doing exactly that.
As the founder of Surf Coast Prints, the Ocean Grove-based fine art photographer has made it his mission to document the landscapes and light of the Bellarine and Surf Coast, the kind of images that stop you and make you look twice at a place you thought you knew.
Three of Michael’s works are now on display at Oslo Property’s new home in the heart of Ocean Grove at Unit 2/66 The Terrace.
As a local agency bringing a fresh approach to real estate on the Bellarine, the team wanted to mark the occasion by giving something back to the community they’re proud to be part of.

The collaboration feels natural. Both Oslo Property and Michael Wilkin share a genuine connection to this stretch of coastline, one built on time spent here, not just passing through.
“We love Michael’s work. It captures the Bellarine in a way that just feels right,” Josh, director of Oslo Property, said.
“Having the prints here to launch the office tells you something about who we are. We’re not just here to sell houses. We’re here because we love this place and we want people to feel that when they walk through our door.”
The three works on display are available to view at the Oslo Property office during business hours, and one lucky visitor will take a piece home.
The agency is inviting the community to come in, see the collection in person, and vote for their favourite. One winner will receive their chosen print, valued at over $1,500.
For Michael, having his work shown in the community he photographs is a meaningful moment.

“I want people to feel a connection to this place through my work,” he said. “The Bellarine deserves to be celebrated, and if someone gets to hang a piece of it on their wall every day, that’s everything.”
Entries are open now and can be submitted in person at Unit 2/66 The Terrace, Ocean Grove or by visiting osloproperty.com.au
Those who come in to vote will enjoy a complimentary coffee.
The competition closes at 11.59pm on 13 July. The winner will be drawn on 14 July and announced via Oslo Property’s social channels.
