After more than a decade in the retail fashion sector, Jess Hammond made the seamless transition from the rag trade to real estate in 2017.

She earned her stripes in various admin roles which gave her an opportunity to learn about the industry from the ground up.

Jess was drawn to property management almost from the outset, and with her infectious enthusiasm and professional work ethic, she was ultimately promoted to Property Manager with her first agency.

Jess has never been one to avoid a challenge. She thrives in an environment requiring high-level skills in multitasking, communication and problem-solving. Her background in customer service has no doubt helped her minimise the divide that can sometimes be the case with relationships between landlords and tenants, and this is something Jess is particularly passionate about, having rapidly gained a reputation for her empathy and fairness.
