Armstrong Creek development site in crosshairs

An Armstrong Creek “superlot” that could host more than 100 residential properties and commercial opportunities is for sale as a run continues at mixed-use development land in the growing area.
The 4.5-hectare property is on Barwon Heads Road, opposite the Warralily Shopping Centre, and has permits approved for a 111-lot subdivision within the Armstrong Creek East Precinct Structure Plan (PSP), selling agents say.
Alternate concepts for a 148-lot subdivision of medium density development have also been floated, subject to planning approval.
Stonebridge Property Group is selling the property by expressions of interest, which close May 18.
The sale comes as Stonebridge continues selling more than 11 hectares of development land surrounding the Armstrong Creek Town Centre at the western end of the growth suburb.
The agency and vendors are currently reviewing offers received during an expressions of interest process from late last year.
