Construction begins on Wattle Grove Estate Stage 2

CONSTRUCTION of stage 2 of Wattle Grove Estate has started, with titles anticipated for this December.
There are six lots left for sale in Stages 1 and 2 of the Bisinella estate. Wattle Grove Estate is located in Corio, a convenient 10-minute drive from the Geelong CBD.
Construction of Stage 1 of the 102-lot residential estate is on track for a June 2021 completion, with titles expected in July 2021.
Stage 3 of Wattle Grove Estate is due for release in the middle of the year.
The new estate is situated on 8.9ha of land and will feature a 4000sqm park with a playground and bookended by wetlands.
Located at 55 Broderick Road, Corio, residents will have easy access to Melbourne and Geelong and the Surf Coast, via the Princes Highway.
