Enterprise and understanding

June 2, 2022 BY

Cahill Rowe Conveyancing is a boutique law firm that specialises in conveyancing and related property law matters, such as commercial and retail leases and loan agreements.

Their goal is to be a one stop shop for all conveyancing and property needs. They believe that everyone should have access to affordable, quality legal advice when dealing with property matters.

The small team is made up of three dedicated women who are passionate about helping clients through what can sometimes be a confusing and overwhelming process.

Having experienced first-hand many of things their clients are going through, Cahill Rowe are not only there to offer expert advice but also a personable approach and empathetic ear.

They have been first home buyers, gone through property transfers after a separation, built houses and even needed loan advice ourselves.

The team understands how important it is to not only have a lawyer who can offer invaluable advice, but also someone who is friendly, approachable and not charging you by the phone call.

They want their clients to feel comfortable asking as many questions as they need.

The office is located centrally in Geelong West, meaning clients can always pop in to chat if they need, and the team is always happy to facilitate Zoom meetings or phone appointments (thanks COVID).

Cahill Rowe work on fixed fees so you will always know what your bill will be.

If your matter becomes more complicated, they will always advise you if you will incur additional fees and provide you with a fixed quote on any additional work before you incur those additional fees.

Their motto is “a lawyer’s advice for a conveyancer’s price”.

The friendly team consists of manager and lawyer Madi Scheiner, who is passionate about assisting developers and investors with selling off the plan properties, setting up trusts and advising on and drafting commercial leases.

Lawyer Laura enjoys assisting first home buyers and sellers with the ins and outs of the conveyancing process and making sure their transaction runs smoothly.

Lastly, Eleanor is the conveyancing clerk and amazing front of house. She has been working in conveyancing for a number of years and is friendly and knowledgeable; not to mention, she has almost finished her law degree too.
