Five years on the trot for One Agency Surf Coast

For the fifth year running, Shaun O’Callaghan and One Agency Surf Coast has won both the RateMyAgent Agent of the Year and Agency of Year award for Jan Juc.

The annual RateMyAgent Agent of the Year Awards are one-of-a-kind in the industry, purely based on customer satisfaction.

To win means to have secured the highest satisfaction rating – celebrating and recognising real estate agents and agencies that provide truly excellent client service to home buyers and sellers.

RateMyAgent co-founder and executive director Mark Armstrong said that last year Australian agents were faced with a period like no other.

“Agents in our industry had to go above and beyond for homeowners, from hosting virtual auctions and inspections to looking at new ways to sell homes and engage buyers,” Mr Armstrong said.

“The 2021 Agent of The Year Awards gave the industry the opportunity to celebrate all their success.”

One Agency director Shaun O’Callaghan said they will be celebrating their agency’s fifth birthday in April, so it’s a real testament to the awesome work of the team that they’ve received the Agent of the Year Award for Jan Juc for as long as they have been around.

“We are just so grateful for the continuous support of the community, particularly through the craziness of last year when we had to consistently adapt and adopt new ways of working,” Mr O’Callaghan said.
