Two decades of exceptional service and performance in the Geelong real estate industry has earned McGrath Real Estate’s Donna Cross a prestigious national accolade.

The McGrath Real Estate Geelong-Newtown general manager of property management landed in the McGrath Hall of Fame at the agency’s 2023 national awards night.

The agency inducts Hall of Fame members for consistently winning multiple national awards and exhibiting long-term positive contributions to the business and their communities.

“I was honoured and privileged to be inducted this year given the calibre of the other inductees,” Mrs Cross said.

Mrs Cross also collected the property management team leader of the year for Victoria and the new business consultant of the year at the awards ceremony.

The recent awards add to a lengthy resume of prizes for the McGrath Geelong-Newtown leader, who has previously been recognised as an outstanding department manager, for excellence in customer service and as part of exceptional property management teams.

“We were awarded the number one performing office in Victoria/Tasmania for elite performance in all areas of our business including sales, property management, support and marketing,” Mrs Cross said.

“This is the fourth time we have won this award and It is a credit to all members of our team who are dedicated to providing our clients with six-star service.”

Mrs Cross forms half of the McGrath Geelong-Newtown ownership team with her husband Jim Cross.

She said her and Jim were both “ecstatic” to represent their team at the awards night and expressed her pride in their achievements.

“Obviously, we do not do what we do every day to win awards, however it is an honor to be recognised amongst such elite performers.”

“I feel privileged to receive this accolade and would like to acknowledge my team for their ongoing support and dedication to their roles which has also contributed to my success.

“Accolades such as these can not be achieved at such a high level without the support of a very talented team of professionals who make up McGrath Geelong Newtown.

“We would also like to acknowledge the support our valued clients have shown us over the years as without their support our business would not be what it is today.”

The agency also credited Antoinette Sleep, Hannah Raguse, Rajesh Chaubay, Emily Hayes and Maryanne Spina for their nomination as finallists in other award categories on the night.
