One of the Great Ocean Road’s prime commercial properties is on the market at Anglesea ahead of a likely mixed use development at the riverfront site.
143 Great Ocean Road offers four individual titles across 740sqm and three street frontages, at a small commercial precinct where the famous road bends away from Anglesea River.
The property is currently the site of Anglesea Indoor Market and next to Go Ride a Wave Anglesea.
The sale includes approved permits for a mixed-use development that includes seven apartments, five shops and 12 car spaces at the beachfront property.
Listing agents described the property as an “unprecedented beach front location on the Great Ocean Road with picturesque beach and ocean views in the heart of Anglesea”.
James Gregson Commercial is managing the sale by an expressions of interest process, which closes on August 10.
