The Release ONE 'land only' offering of four lots were all sold through 'Openn Negotiation'.

Sands Boulevard Release ONE, which consisted of four vacant lots ranging from 482sqm to 702sqm, have all been sold through Openn Negotiation and exceeded price expectations.

Openn Negotiation is an online bidding platform which allows registered bidders to participate from Metro Melbourne, interstate and even overseas during the COVID-19 lockdown period.

After nearly 20 years of development, Sands Boulevard is the final release within The Sands, and located 200m from Whites Beach and opposite The Sands clubhouse.
