Spicer Building is a Torquay-based construction company, specialising in the design and build of custom architectural homes across the Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula and Greater Geelong regions.

Spicer Building was created by Jason and Nadia Spicer in 2019 and has quickly cemented itself as a prominent and reputable building company within the community.

Having proudly delivered 45 projects, predominantly new architectural homes within this time, Spicer Building offers a full service from design to construct, offering guidance and development in structural and architectural design to deliver high quality residential builds.

Jason is a Registered Builder with the Victorian Building Association, offering 20 years of carpentry and project management experience working on high end architectural projects.

Jason excels in establishing a good rapport with both clients and the local trade community, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable building experience.

Spicer Building has remained a small, family operated business, allowing clients and trades to deal with the owners directly on a daily basis.

With access to a wide network of experienced and loyal contractors, led by hands-on project and site management, the team at Spicer Building are passionate about offering an excellent build experience for their clients, whilst also maintaining strong, professional partnerships with local subcontractors.

The Spicer Building design to construct process includes discussion and documentation of client briefs and project requirements, engaging and liaising with local architects and consultants throughout the design process, and overseeing the regulatory compliance works by completing all pre-construction authority approvals.

From there, the construction phase moves through overseeing and managing all construction services, building compliance and the scheduling of subcontractors to ensure overall project delivery is achieved in a compliant, timely, cost-effective and sustainable manner.
