Winter Glow lights up Adventure Park

June 27, 2022 BY

Winter Glow has been a hit so far with adults and children.

Adventure Park’s Winter Glow is up and running with people flocking from across the state to capture a bit of snow, ice, lights and fire.

The immersive event which will run through the June-July school holidays is equipped with more snow, more rides and more fun than ever before.

“Tickets are selling very fast for the event and some of the nights have already sold out,” marketing manager Alexandra Rouse said.

“We’ve been pumping the snow makers for the past week and turning the park into an epic winter wonderland that families are going
to love.

“We’ll be making around 800 cubic metres of snow over the course of the event, which is about the equivalent of around 100 large tip trucks!”

Visitors will get to enjoy new rides, have the chance to catch snowflakes falling from the sky in the new snow flurry experience as well as watch plenty of amazing entertainment acts including fire twirlers and ice-sculpting.

Under the 2.7 million dazzling lights and hundreds of glittering installations across the park, children can have fun face-painting, cookie decorating, and marshmallow roasting while parents will be able to enjoy some delicacies of their own.

Kids and adults have got access to their own winter warmers including hot chocolate, toasted marshmallows and much more.

“There are definitely some winter warmers for the grown-ups to get into while the kids play in the snow; mulled wine, spiced cider and even a spiked hot chocolate for those who like a little extra kick,” Alexandra said.

“We have hours of entertainment for families and the event will certainly continue to impress!”

The winter extravaganza is on until July 10, with tickets available through the Adventure Park website at adventurepark.com.au/winterglow

Adventure Park encourages visitors to book their tickets online.
