FOUR Geelong Falcons have been named across the boys and girls AFL National Futures program, set to take place later this month.

Jack Pickett (Torquay) and Noah Williams (St Josephs) have been selected for the boys’ squad, while Ava Bilyk (St Marys) and Greea McKeegan (Torquay) will form part of the girls’ squad.

Eligible for next year’s AFL draft, the Futures squads comprise the most promising under-17 footballers in Australia.

The boys’ match will be played as a curtain-raiser to the AFL Grand Final at the MCG on September 27, while the girls’ match will be played at IKON Park on September 14 before the AFLW match between Richmond and Geelong.

Pickett is a key forward and has dominated for the Falcons in his seven games, kicking 30 goals including a seven-goal haul against the Western Jets in Round 15. He also played for Victoria Country across the recent National Championship.

Williams has put together a consistent season in his nine Falcons matches, averaging 13.3 disposals and 5.7 tackles. He was key in the team’s recent Wildcard Round win over the Bendigo Pioneers, having 15 disposals and 12 tackles.

Bilyk has played seven games for the Falcons this year, averaging 20.7 disposals, 3.6 marks and 3.3 tackles a game. She stood out in the Falcons’ Round 6 matchup against Tasmania, gathering 29 touches and laying six tackles.

McKeegan has played six games for the Falcons in 2025, averaging 15 touches and kicking seven goals. She also featured for Victoria Country as a bottom-ager in the National Championships.

The matches will be broadcast live and free across both the AFL website and official app.
