Squad for All-Australian Team named
The AFL has announced the 44-person squad for the 2023 All Australian Team.
The squad was selected by the All Australian selection panel, which is chaired by AFL CEO Gillon McLachlan. The panel also includes Eddie Betts, Jude Bolton, Nathan Buckley, Kane Cornes, Andrew Dillon, Glen Jakovich, Laura Kane, Cameron Ling and Matthew Pavlich.
The squad features players from all 18 clubs, with Collingwood having the most players selected with five. The other clubs with multiple representatives are Adelaide (2), Brisbane Lions (4), Carlton (3), Essendon (3), Fremantle (3), Geelong (1), GWS Giants (3), Hawthorn (3), Melbourne (2), North Melbourne (1), Port Adelaide (3), Richmond (1), St Kilda (3), Sydney Swans (2), West Coast Eagles (1) and Western Bulldogs (3).

The final team of 22 will be announced on Wednesday, 30 August, as part of the AFL Awards.
