Botique agency focuses on clients and community

Robyn Dodd Real Estate was launched in March 2020.

At the time, Robyn said she could not have predicted that the world would go into mandatory lockdowns for months on end, but her choice to push forward has since helped a lot of families achieve their real estate goals; all with considered care, passion and attention to detail.

“As a result, Robyn Dodd Real Estate has grown to become something I am incredibly proud of,” she said.

With a broad service area spanning the Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula, Geelong, Greater Geelong and Melbourne areas, Robyn has support hundreds of clients throughout their buying, selling and rental journeys.

“I’ve loved every minute,” she said.

“I find the process incredibly rewarding and enjoy the excitement of seeing people realise their dreams; knowing that I’ve helped play a part in shaping their future lives.”

Robyn lived in Dubai for 10 years from 1998 to 2008 with her husband Tony and two gorgeous sons Joshua and Tyler.

After returning to Torquay Robyn was keen to buy or rent a property in the area but after months of trying, found the experience to be disappointing.

“No-one seemed to understand how personal and life-changing this was for my family,” she said.

“I eventually managed to secure a rental property and have since gone on to buy and build my own home.

“The process wasn’t easy and didn’t go as planned, hence the reason I’m in real estate today: to help people through this sometimes stressful, often exhausting, but always rewarding process.”

Working in the real estate industry for many years, Robyn recognised there was a need for a boutique agency focused less on volume and more on a personalised approach; taking the time to understand their clients and deliver tailored outcomes.

Extensive experience as a commissioned artist, building project manager and custom wedding dress designer, gave her a unique combination of skills that have proven very valuable to her role.

“I understand the importance of the little details and how to approach each unique listing calmly and strategically,”
Robyn explains.

Robyn said her team are an exceptional group of people that she is so grateful to work with.

“A fabulous team supports me – Mel, Lucy, Tony, Josh, Simon, Emma and Venetia,” she said.

“I also now have George, who has just joined us through VCAL’s Structured Workplace Learning program. Nothing done well is achieved alone.”

Not only does Robyn love supporting her clients through their real estate journey, Robyn Dodd Real Estate also supports the local community and are proud sponsors of the AFNC, Anglesea Bowls Club and Anglesea Primary School.

“I also like to promote local events, businesses and people on my website and social media pages. We welcome everyone with any events coming up or publicity needed, to reach out,” she said.

“I was lucky to grow up in a loving family, surrounded by people who have encouraged and supported me.

“It’s time to give back, helping all those I can.”
