HEATHER LA is not your average wellness coach.

She’s been in the trenches – burnt out, overwhelmed and running on sheer willpower. After years in the corporate grind, she hit a breaking point, realising that her lifestyle was coming at the expense of her health and happiness, and that wasn’t the life she wanted. So, she did something bold: she walked away. And in doing so, she walked towards something better – helping others transform their lives too.

As the founder of Glow Getter Co., a thriving Pilates studio in Geelong, she’s on a mission to help others build a lifestyle that actually feels good. Having studied with Wellness Coaching Australia, she brings the science of positive psychology into her coaching. It’s about working with strengths, not against them. As Heather puts it, “Learning these techniques changed everything for me. It helped me see the beauty in things that were already there, I just needed to shift my perspective.”
