The embankment construction will include the installation of 1300 concrete panels containing artworks from Wadawurrung Traditional Owner and artist Kait James.<\/p>\n<p>During this time, works will also progress to realign Fyans Street under the rail bridge to create a consistent stretch of road through to the Breakwater Road roundabout.<\/p>\n<p>The Fyans Street intersection will remain closed until August 26.<\/p>\n<p>Passengers are reminded that coaches remain in place for all trains between Geelong and Warrnambool until August 25.<\/p>\n<p>For more information head to <a href=\"http:\/\/bigbuild.vic.gov.au\/projects\/geelong-line-upgrade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bigbuild.vic.gov.au\/projects\/geelong-line-upgrade<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>THE Fyans Street level crossing removal project is nearing completion, with the new 2000-tonne rail bridge moved into place.
