The $75,000 grant was awarded this year to Geelong’s The Empowerment Challenge, for the crucial work it does to supporting younger mothers.<\/p>\n

Geelong Community Foundation CEO Amy Waters said the foundation is proud to partner with Adroit Insurance & Risk to support the golf day.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Empowerment Challenge is having a profound impact on the lives of younger mums and their families, many of whom are experiencing social isolation, family violence, mental ill health and housing issues. The $75,000 Adroit Capital grant will enable The Empowerment Challenge to purchase a vehicle that will support younger mums to access critical supports.\u201d<\/p>\n
