{"id":108004,"date":"2024-12-08T04:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-12-07T17:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/geelongtimes\/?p=108004"},"modified":"2024-12-04T22:58:44","modified_gmt":"2024-12-04T11:58:44","slug":"renovations-complete-at-little-creatures-geelong","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/geelongtimes\/news\/renovations-complete-at-little-creatures-geelong\/","title":{"rendered":"Renovations complete at Little Creatures Geelong"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LITTLE Creatures Geelong has completed its $4 million refurbishment just in time for the peak summer period, enhancing the South Geelong venue&#8217;s capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>The local brewery has unveiled its newly renovated brewery and hospitality venue, using the redevelopment to seamlessly blend its rich heritage with a new vision for the future. &#8220;Little Creatures has been an integral part of Geelong for the past decade, and this significant investment marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter,&#8221; Little Creatures Geelong brewing leader Dennis Stewart said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;ve expanded our production to include RTDs [ready to drink], while creating a venue that pays homage to our industrial roots and fosters the welcoming atmosphere of your favourite local pub.&#8221;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2024\/12\/LITTLECREATURESBREWE_34727.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"401\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The brewery&#8217;s transformation has resulted in a newly renovated brewery and hospitality venue.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The upgraded facility features a $3 million enhancement of brewing capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>About $1 million went into the redesign of the hospitality space to offer an inviting, community-focused craft beer destination for locals and visitors alike.<\/p>\n<p>The renovation was led by national hospitality operations manager Carrie Watson in collaboration with David Smulders from Dundee Rock, with venue manager Olivia Hosking and executive chef Stephen Shing.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038 \" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2024\/12\/LITTLECREATURESBREWE_34794.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"401\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Brewing Leader at Little Creatures Geelong, Dennis Stewart.
