Founded in 2018, Country to Coast Home Care Services is an award-winning home care service helping people stay comfortable and connected in their\u00a0senior years.<\/p>\n

Services are only provided to seniors in the Surf Coast region to ensure families have access to tailored and exceptional care that is “by locals, for locals”.<\/p>\n

Country to Coast Home Care Services was a multi-category finalist in the most recent Geelong Business Excellence Awards, and director Curt Schmeissing won the Aged and Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA) 2024 Excellence Awards for Consumer Focus and Care.<\/p>\n

Most notably, the qualified and experienced team works together with specialists and community partners in a way that breaks down the effects of a fragmented aged care system.<\/p>\n

Country to Coast Home Care Services shares the Elder Rights Advocacy’s mission for a diverse, vibrant, multicultural community, where older people are respected, heard, well-informed, and can exercise their rights and responsibilities with confidence. Elder Rights Advocacy is also a member of the Older Person’s Advocacy Network.<\/p>\n

Services include allied health, such as nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and podiatry, in-home respite, managing aids and equipment, meal preparation, assistance with medication, showering, toileting, hygiene and getting dressed, gardening, home maintenance and repairs, transport to appointments or community activities, dementia specific nursing, cleaning; and more.<\/p>\n
