Each class feels like you&#8217;re stepping into a local sports club \u2014 there\u2019s laughter, banter, encouragement and hard work.<\/p>\n<p>And while the sessions are always packed with effort and sweat, they are also brimming with support, positivity, and a sense of belonging.<\/p>\n<p>Larn has over 17 years experience in the fitness industry, she is a mother of two boys, loves a fitness challenge herself and has an impressive background and knowledge in fitness.<\/p>\n<p>Larn competed in seasons one, two and three of Network Nine\u2019s <em>Australian Ninja Warrior<\/em>, where she ranked number five nationally and even qualified for the USA World Ninja Titles. This experience fuelled her passion for ninja training, and she now incorporates this into her offerings at LA Movement.<\/p>\n<p>She also specialises in pre\/postnatal training. She has created a program to bridge the gap between having a baby, and jumping straight back into exercise.
