Officers and family had held concerns for his welfare due to the length of time he was missing and because his disappearance was out of character.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"718\">\u201cHarvey has been located safe and well,\u201d Victoria Police said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"775\">Police have thanked the community for their assistance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Torquay man who was reported missing earlier this week has been found safe and well.
