Proudly presented by Lifestyle Communities, this free, ticketed event is designed to help people navigate the big decisions around retirement, downsizing, and living well in the\u00a0years ahead.<\/p>\n

It’s all happening on August 23 from 10am to 1pm at GMHBA Stadium’s Presidents’ Room and promises to be a morning filled with real advice, empowering insights, and fresh inspiration.<\/p>\n

With topics covering everything from financial wellbeing and property decisions to health, travel, and finding purpose in retirement, this event is perfect for those who are starting to think about their next chapter but aren’t quite sure where to begin.<\/p>\n

Whether downsizing from a long-time family home or just seeking a lifestyle that feels more flexible and connected, Geelong’s Epic Retirement Event will give you the tools to make informed, confident choices.<\/p>\n

Headlining the speaker lineup is Bec Wilson, respected finance commentator, author of the bestselling book How to have an Epic Retirement?, and host of the Prime Time podcast. Known for her relatable, down-to-earth approach, Bec will simplify the complex topics of financial security, planning ahead, and building a life with both meaning and money in mind.<\/p>\n

Joining her is Matt Florance, property expert with deep insights into the Geelong and Bellarine market. Matt will unpack the key considerations when selling your home – from timing and pricing to unlocking equity in a way that supports your lifestyle goals.<\/p>\n
