Photo: Supplied<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The program contributes toward school fees, uniforms, books and stationery, and extra-curricular activities or music lessons.<\/p>\n<p>Perfect weather and a beautifully presented course at Lonsdale Links had attendees in a giving mood, helping to generate more than $33,000 to support SJC students.<\/p>\n<p>SJC Geelong director of community and development, Kristen Gleeson, said the all-boys institution was thrilled with the fundraising outcome.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A vibrant atmosphere made it a standout occasion for players, sponsors and volunteers alike,&#8221; Gleeson said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was a fantastic celebration of community generosity and a great day out on course.&#8221;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 609px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2026\/02\/GolfDay5_94812.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"609\" height=\"406\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">More than 250 players teed off at the event.
