SHANNON Schilling from Texas, USA, will be arriving to Ocean Grove as part of a speaking tour that will see her visit regional towns in Victoria, spreading a message of hope.<\/p>\n

The Creating Inner Peace lecture and subsequent workshop on March 26 and 27 respectively, at the Ocean Grove Pavilion, is about encouraging people to believe in themselves.<\/p>\n

Ms Schilling said her diverse background in farming, critical-care nursing and health care, serves as the backdrop to her talks, where she imparts wisdom on helping people find peace.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve turned my broad experience with people into a service helping others discover simple and effective ways to create inner peace, hope and purpose in their lives, families and communities.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have discovered for myself how to become resilient, calm and focused in times of extreme stress and the tools and techniques I use are simple and easy to use.<\/p>\n

Over the two evenings alongside my colleague John Shortell, we will be sharing information, tools and techniques to help you understand just how simple life can be, and how to tap into that intuitive part of us that gives us hope and allows us start believing in ourselves and our greatness.\u201d<\/p>\n
